- SOURCE SOUGHT The VA Salt Lake City Health Care System requires Preventive Maintenance service for a MR Goldseal 1.5 EX ES + 8CH MOB (MGS035) mobil MRI unit with multiple accessories at the Grand Junction VA facility in Grand Junction, CO. The intent is to award a best value, firm fixed price contract for these services. Period of performance is one (1) base year and up to four (4) one year options. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219 ($7.0). It is anticipated that a Request for Proposals will be issued later this year. Work will start on or around August 01, 2011. This Source Sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The due date for submission of this information is 4:30 PM (local time) on July 13, 2011.
