- US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ/ITS), Washington, DC, intends to issue a sole source task order to JSI Telecom for software and hardware maintenance support services on the VoiceBox Unified Collection Management (VB UCM) system for a period of three (3) years (1-year base with two 1-year options) under the authority of 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, however, any quotes received will be considered by the Government. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective service. A determination by the Government not to compete this order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within 5 days after publication of this notice, a sole source order will be issued to JSI Telecom.
