Alldocuments will be provided to the Government without proprietarymarking. Further, the Government requires ongoing sustainment support tomaintain accuracy and currency of wiring diagrams, to include thereference designators (RD) and electrical wiring designators ((WD) wirenumbers) database contained in the following Technical Order volumes : 1C-135(K)R-2-12-1 and -2KC-135R/TNo Change1C-135A-2-12-1 and -2C-135C/E, OC-135B, WC-135BOC-135B OnlyTravel Reimbursement -Reimbursable travel/per diem IAW Joint TravelRegulations (JTR) per FAR 31.205-46(a) (2)The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services providedunder this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditionsoutlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's specifications,industry standard practices, and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award.Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCAregistration is also required and contractors can registerelectronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for thisrequirement is 541990 with a size standard of $7 Million. Interestedpersons may identify their interest and capability to respond to therequirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a requestfor competitive proposals. However, all proposals will be consideredwithin 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. A determinationby the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based uponresponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of theGovernment. Information received will normally be considered solely forthe purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.The solicitation will be available for download on the release date fromwww.fedbizops.gov.
