- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to issuea Sole Source award to Delta Electronics by the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(C)and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is the refurbishment ofSLS-4M and MCU-8C. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13.The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334220. This synopsis is published forinformational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Anyinquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to theContracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete thisproposed action based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretionofthe Government.
