- Description
- The Air Armament Center (AAC) at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a requirement for rental and service of portable latrines including aircraft 'Fleet Service'. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform this requirement. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Period of performance will be from 1 Oct 11 to 30 Sep 12 with 4, 1-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562991 and the small business size standards $7 million. The solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) is a total Small Business set aside. All responsible small business contractors are encouraged to participate. Expect the solicitation to be posted to this site on or about 25 Jul 11. Telephone requests to be placed on the mailing list will not be honored. The solicitation package must be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov; no hard copies will be available. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. This acquisition will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code) prior to the anticipated date of award. Award will be made on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
