- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, SanDiego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Orderto ANALYTICAL GRAPHICS, INC on a sole source basis to purchase the followingitem: PROCURE TWO STK SOFTWARE APPLICATION IN SUPPORT OF THE AMF JTRSPROGRAM. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Commercial) and FAR Part13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
