- ERDC Contracting Office intends to issue an award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Part 13.5 to Itrezzo, Inc., PO Box 24527, San Jose, CA 95154-4527, for Server Software Licenses and Maintenance (Itrezzo EPS and SSU). This procurement is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters has a requirement to purchase 2,500 new Server Software Licenses and Maintenance for 8,500 Licenses. This is a proprietary license of Itrezzo and can only be purchased from Itrezzo, Inc. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. local time. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Government to vincent.durman@usace.army.mil with solicitation number referenced in the subject line.
