- SERVICE CONTRACT ACT WD 05-2514 (Rev.-13) STATEMENT OF REQUIRMENTS The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to award a Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document (Form SF 1449), incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-32, effective 05 July 2011; DFARS Parts current to DPM 20110629, Effective 29 June 2011; and AFFARS Parts current through lAFAC 2011-0421, Effective 21 Apr 2011 and CPM 11-C-04.. This solicitation is restricted to Small Business, subject to FAR Part 19. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624410 - Child Day Care Services, with a size standard of $7,000,000. FUNDING: This acquisition is funded. BID SCHEDULE: Provide all personnel, supervision, items, equipment, and services necessary to provide Childcare Services for the NAS JRB Ft Worth Joint Council Yellow Ribbon (YR) Event, as defined in this SOW. DELIVERY POINT: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Specific Address to be determined. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 26 August 2011 to 28 August 2011 SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Submitted quote must include the following: (1) The solicitation or reference number; (2) The time specified in the synopsis/solicitation for receipt of offers; (3) The name, address and telephone number of the offeror; (4) The price and discount terms (quote FOB Destination); (5) remit to address, if different than the mailing address; (6) Acknowledgment of solicitation amendments, if any, or acceptance of offers, (7) Price (8) Contractors description of services to be provided as outlined in SOW. OTHER: The offeror agrees to hold the price in its offer for at least 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor transportation, and technical skills/knowledge necessary to complete this award. Prior to award, registration in Central Contractors Registry (CCR) @ http://www.ccr.gov/ and Online REPS and CERTS (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ must be current.
