Description
Criminal Background Check SFMIS Pass Request Sheet Air Force Procedures for Certification and Accreditation of Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Video Teleconferencing Systems Configuration Drawing Att 1, Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, Size Standard $14.0 Million. Solicitation/Purchase Request Number F2KTAX1161A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 effective 5 July 2011. The Government intends to award one contract with one contract line items (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - Installation of Classified Video Teleconference (VTC) System. Please reference the following attachments for the VTC requirement: Attachment 1: Statement of Work for the AFNWC Sustainment and Integration Center Attachment 2: Configuration Drawing Attachment 3: Air Force Procedures for Certification and Accreditation of Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Video Teleconferencing Systems Installation Period of Performance: 29 Jul 2011 - 12 Aug 11 FOB: Destination INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2), Soliciting Competition, Offerors are notified that award will be be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of quotations or offers.
