Description
The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Pearl Harbor, Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, HI, 96860 intends to award a sole source commercial type contract with Firm Fixed Price provisions for Naval Health Clinic Hawaii, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860. Naval Health Clinic seeks a contractor to provide water sampling supplies essential in maintaining water safety in areas of responsibility throughout the medical command. The base performance period is anticipated to be 1 August 2011 through 31 July 2012, with 4 one-year options periods thereafter. The water sampling supplies will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 “ Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 334515. A request for a complete quote package will be available for download on or about 8 July 2011 at the following websites: http://www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above cites. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-999-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
