- clauses and SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation RFQ-OIG-11-0002A is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. The NAICS code is 812930 and the size standard is $35.5M. This is an unrestricted procurement. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General (TOIG) is contracting to acquire 25 parking spaces in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Qty: 25 parking spaces See the Statement of Work located on page 6 for additional criteria and locations of the parking spaces. Period of Performance is for one 2-month base period and three 12-month option periods. Location: Within two blocks of 1425 K Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005-3500. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUN 2008), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable. All specifications must be met that are listed in the Statement of Work (pg. 6) in order for proposals to be considered Technically Acceptable. Addenda to this provision are attached. Offerors are to include a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items (May 2011) or a copy of the online ORCA, with their offer. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (JUNE 2010) applies to this acquisition; Addenda to 52.212-4 are attached. The provision at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statures or Executive Orders -Commercial Items (MAY 2011) Additional contract requirements and terms and conditions are attached. Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this acquisition. The deadline for receiving proposals is July 11, 2011 by 2:00 PM ET.
