- Mission and Installion Contracting Command (MICC) intends to award an "Unrestricted" Full and Open competitive, Firm Fixed Price contract to a contractor with the proven ability to perform refuse services. The required services are located in Fort Belvoir, Va and the contract shall consist of a Base year and two option years. The Solicitation shall be issued in an estimated 15 business days. The NAICS code is 562111 with a standard size dollar amount of $12.5 million. The Solid Wate and Recycling consists of serval processes which include; Solid Waste Management (collection and disposal) and Cardbord Collection, Recycling Program (collection, delivery,and segregation), Collection of Recyclables from Tenant-Customers (offsite transport of recycling commodities to vendors for commodity sale/processing, Construction Debris Recycling Facility Operations, and Composting Facility Operations. The place of performance is the Fort Belvoir installation and its tenants located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
