- SYNOPSIS FOR SOLICITATION NO: NAMA-11-Q-0050 PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES' MUSEUMS COLLECTIONS DATABASE The National Archives intends to award a contract for the purchase and installation of a Museum's Collections Management Database. The selected contractor will provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to propose a software architecture and purchase and install the database system. This requirement will be solicited to full and open to all CCR registered businesses. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541512 with a small business size standard not to exceed $25 million dollars. A solicitation will be posted on or about June 6 th, 2011. All notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing on this site (www.fedbizzops.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for the posting of and any updates/amendments to the solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a Commercial and Governments Entity (CAGE) code and must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors can register with the CCR at www.ccr.gov.
