- Revised Summary of Work (Page 3 of attachment 2) Revised Attachment 1 to the SXHT 07-1041 Drawings (attachment 3a) Revised Statment of Work (Attachment 1) FA2521-11-R-0015 P00001 Conformed Solicitation Document FA2521-11-R-0015 P00001 Modification Document *AMENDMENT #1: Incorporates the revised Statment of Work and the revision to attachment 1 of the SXHT 07-1041 Drawings. SOLICITATION ANOUNCMENT: The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the release of the solicitation FA2521-11-R-0015 to Renovate 301 Rescue Squadron Operations Facility, Bldg 629. Project consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials to renovate Bldg 629 in accordance with the specification, drawings, and contract. The renovation will include/but is not limited to exterior construction, interior reconfiguration with new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, as well as extensive upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems. The contractor shall provide a retrofit SCIF enclosure and Four William-Scotsman temporary office modules for the duration of the renovation project. *A PRE-BID SITE VISIT will be held at 2:00pm ET Thursday, 7 July 2011. Please be sure to review section L-2 of the attached Solicitation Document for further instructions. Period of performance is 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date is 29 Jun 2011 awith a proposal closing date of 1 Aug 2011. The NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 236220/$33.5M. The estimated range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. This solicitation will be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures.
