- Questions and Answers Amdendment 1: The RFQ response date has been extended to July 13th, 2011 @ 10:00 AM central. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers. Please refer to the Questions and Answers attachment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-11-Q-0026 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Audio Visual Equipment, freight, warranty and installation at Whiteman AFB, MO. The NAICS code is 334310 with the corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. All offers are to remain valid until 31 August 2011. Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. Items required: Contractor shall provide pricing for all audio visual equipment needed, freight, installation and warranty. The contractor shall provide a Statement of Work with their proposal. The proposals will be evaluated based on lowest price technically acceptable. Site visit is highly recommended due to the complexity of the project and the size of the hanger. SCHEDULED SITE VISIT: 29 June 2011 at 1:30 pm CST.
