- Sources Sought** TO GRIND / SAND 00X102172.104, 3' X 12' STAINLESS STEEL DOWN TO.080 +/-.005. Contractor to meet the following requirements: 1.They are capable and proficient in using a Wide Belt Wet Sander Grinder that has a 37" capacity and operates 3 grinding heads. a.Machine Models, known machines that meet this requirement are as follows; i.Timesaver series 3100 ii.RAMCO 37T Series 60 iii.Majestic Machinery WS-WET37DDD 2.If the above requirement is met this machine must be capable of grinding / sanding.104 stainless steel (00X102172) down to.080 +/-.005. 3.Must be able to grind / sand the material uniform manner so grain of material will not be affected by the process. 4.Our min - max quantity that would be needed to grind / sand would be 15 - 35 sheets or approx. 3000 - 6000 lbs.
