Description

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. HHS intends to award a sole source award with Partnership for Public Service, Inc. However, all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any contractors that may have the requisite qualifications to perform the work describe above, should submit a statement of capabilities with documentation supporting its ability to meet the Government's requirements. The statement of capabilities must specifically demonstrate the following: The ability to provide leadership seminars to federal workforce and have experience in creating leadership skills through federal employees through a proven combination of innovative coursework, best practices benchmarking, challenging action-learning projects, executive coaching and government-wide networking.
