The Government proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from SAVA Workforce Solutions, Cage Code 32VS0, all aspects of facilities support, logistics and asset management, program management, and technical and administrative and support services in support of Headquarters, Army Materiel Command's evolving requirements resulting from its designation as the Army's Lead Materiel Integrator and assumption of Operational Control of Directorates of Logistics at continental US installations, under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. Only SAVA Workforce Solutions possesses technical expertise, data and experience necessary to execute this requirement. Questions may be directed to Chad E.
