- Description
- This pre-solicitation notice is for the purpose of informing industry that this solicitation will be posted to Fedbizopps o/a 20 July 2011 for Janitorial Services, Dept of Veteran's Affairs VISN 21 facility in Kailua Kona, Hawaii IAW the Statement of Work (which will be available in the solicitation). Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, material, supplies and consumables to provide janitorial services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic at 75377 Hualalai Rd., Kailua Kona, HI 96740. The anticipated start date is 1 October 2011. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The proposed performance period is a base year of 12 months beginning 01 October 2011 thru 30 September 2012 with four (4) one (1) year option periods. Anticipated award date is August 30, 2011. This acquisition is initially a 100% Total Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Set-Aside, with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561720 and a related small business size standard of $16.5Million. This notice is not a request for proposals and proposals received as a result of this pre-solicitation notice will not be accepted or evaluated.
