- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and the solicitation is attached to this combined synopsis/solicitaiton. Solicitation number H92222-11-R-0009 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. This solicitation is issued under NAICS Code 611630 with a small business size standard of $7M. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. See attached solicitation H92222-11-R-0009 for all requirements, terms, provisions and conditions. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be received by 1:00 PM on 21 July 2011.
