- CDRL for Compressed Air System Appendix 'C' for Compressed Air System Statement of Work for Compressed Air System This acquisition is for purchase and installation of 1 each Compressed Air System for Bldg # 323 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Qty: 1 each. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Data is not available for competition. The requirement is sole source and restricted. NAICS Code is 238220 This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current to: FAC 2005-31 Tech Amend, Effective: 14 May 2009 & Class Deviation 2005-00001, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-0318.
