- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a single, firm fixed-price contract for the Shoshone Training Facility. The project consists of the following: Construction of a 2,160 sf building in Shoshone, Idaho, including minor site work and utilities. Building is basic in construction with an open floor plan, one restroom and one storage room. The project site is located in Lincoln County, Idaho. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a standard size of $33.5 M. This acquisition will be advertised on a restricted basis as 100% HUBZone Set-aside. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project.
