- For the benefit of interested concerns, our research suggests that the 60 minute driving radius requirement appears to include many hotels in the Frederick, MD, Hagerstown, MD, Winchester, VA, Leesburg, VA areas as well as some near the Dulles airport. Concerns would have to verify the driving time via Google Maps for a prospective property to ensure that it meets our requirement. No Other Changes
