- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) in Carlisle, PA intends to procure eight (8) Index TCR 15-30 refractometers, or its equivalents, to be shipped to various locations. The proposed fixed price contract will be for one year plus four option years. This will be a best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ) AG-6395-S-11-0088, will be released on or about July 6, 2011 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFQ from this website. This procurement will be full and open in accordance with FAR Part 19.102(f) with no applicable waiver. NAICS: 334516. Size standard is 500 employees, or less. A hard (printed) copy of the solicitation will not otherwise be available.
