- Response date is changed to August 12, 2011 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Multiple-Award IDIQ for Recreation Facilities Renovation and Minor Construction Projects on the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest. Primarily, improvement of recreation facilities (restrooms, bathhouses, etc.) Secondarily, other building construction projects (new or renovation) at recreation sites or administrative facilities. Offerors will be required to submit a priced proposal based on two actual tasks to be ordered: Morganton Point Bathhouse renovation and Lake Conasauga Restroom renovation. In addition to price, offers will be evaluated on their relevant experience and past performance. For this solicitation relevant experience would be small to very small ($150,000 or less) remodeling projects at dispersed isolated locations under formal contract or purchase order with federal or state agencies. Period of performance is a base year and four option years. The estimated award and date for placing initial task orders is approximately September 2011. ESTIMATE PRICE RANGE: Price for each task order shall be between $3,000 and $150,000. Total for all orders under the contract shall not exceed $1,000,000. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-435H-S-11-0004 and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be available for downloading on or about July 12, 2011 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. All vendors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/
