- Attached is the description of work for the epoxy floor coating. MARKET SURVEY/SOURCES SOUGHT (EPOXY FLOOR COATING) THIS POSTING IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY This is NOT a request for quotations, nor is it a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list or an announcement of a solicitation. This Market Survey/Sources Sought is seeking interested businesses for competitive consideration. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE is conducting a market survey to determine the sizes and types of businesses available for an epoxy floor coating contract. This will be for the opportunity to resurface and apply an epoxy coating with epoxy floor coating chemicals (Please see attached description of work for complete details). Prospective firms should notify this office of their interest in this notice by submitting a Capabilities Statement which should include their company size and provide descriptive literature or other documentation, in addition to the following information: (1) Identification of company size status, certifications, i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or, if you are a small business, a self-certification; (2) If you are a Section 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB firm considering a joint venture, you will need to provide proof that this consideration has been forwarded to the appropriate SBA office for approval; (3) Proof of experience and capability. The NAICS Code is 238190 with an SBA Size Standard of $14 Million. Responses shall be limited to five (5) pages in length and shall be submitted electronically via e-mail address to david.neal@offutt.af.mil. Please note this is NOT a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a request for quote or proposal or an announcement of a solicitation. Submissions must be received no later than Tuesday, 12 July 2011, at 2 PM CDT. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this Market Survey/Sources Sought, nor return the data provided. The results of this survey will be considered to be in effect for a period of one year from the date of this notice.
