- The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified vendors that can provide a Communication Analyzer and accessories in order to test and support commercial and military spec. radio functionality of the PRC 117/ Motorola communication networks. Below are the government's desired capabilities for this requirement: 1. General Dynamics, R2670B Communication Analyzer, 1 EA 2. General Dynamics, CM801 Digital Hardware Module, 1 EA 3. General Dynamics, CM807 AES Encryption, 1 EA 4. General Dynamics, CM813 APCO Project 25 IMBE, 1 EA 5. General Dynamics, CM814 APCO Project 25 Trucking, 1 EA 6. General Dynamics, RVN5185A Auto Tune for XTL Mobiles, 1 EA 7. General Dynamics, 1580357B77 Canvas Case for R2600, 1 EA All responding sources shall provide a summary of their company's capabilities including vendor's name/address/point of contact identification, past experience, business status (large, small, small disadvantaged, disabled veteran, 8(a) concern, women-owned small, HUB zone small business, etc.) Any vendor responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the vendor's qualifications to provide the service/product. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. All capability statements sent in response to this Request for Information notice must be submitted, electronically (via email), to michael.a.mignano@jtfgtmo.southcom.mil. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U. S. Government. The Government implies no intention or opportunity to acquire funding to support current or future development efforts. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
