- This synopsis conveys the government's intent to issue a solicitation resulting in the award of a sole source contract for pharmaceutical and medical product managed services. This posting transmits a synopsis of a proposed sole-source contract action, issued by the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for managed services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
