- This is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice is a mechanism for obtaining feedback from industry in regard to the general requirement stated below. THIS IS NOT A SYNOPSIS FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Rather, it is a market research tool to determine potential sources for future surgical requirements. The Government is not obligated to, nor will the Government pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The US Army Medical Command, Southern Region Contracting Office - East is seeking interest from potential sources for the following surgical items: Various size Denali Top-loading spinal systems featuring off-axis screw height adjustment and offering a complete array of screws, rod connectors, and hooks, coupled with easy-to-use instrumentation. Complete offering of polyaxial screws, monoaxial screws, rod connectors, hooks and easy-to-use reduction instruments Must have low-volume screw housing and implants must be distinctly color-coded clearly indicating length. Various size Mini Denali 3.5 mm rod systems for rigid posterior fixation of the cervico-thoracic regions of the spine; top-loading pedicle screw with low-volume and uniquely shaped implants; off-axis screw height adjustment and instrumentation allowing for advanced reduction capabilities; 50 Polyaxial range of motion. Various size Mesa Uni Top-loading, low-profile spinal systems featuring Zero-Torque Technology and offering a variety of screw types, coupled with instrumentation; no Profile Above the Rod; variety of screw types to accomplish correction maneuvers; Deformity Reduction Jack that provides ability to accomplish correction maneuvers in all planes. Instrumentation must provide a slow, controlled correction of the spine, while distributing forces across entire construct. Must have the ability to segmentally or globally derotate spine to achieve optimal axial plane correction. A vendor representative must be present during all surgical procedures to assist with the above implants/instrumentation sets. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product MUST SUBMIT THEIR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES TO INCLUDE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THEIR PRODUCT, PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, PRICE, DELIVERY TIME AND TECHNICAL/MEDICAL SUPPORT.
