- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Contracting Division (HNCK) intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm Fixed Price contract for the repair of one hundred sixty (160) Alarm PRCR Units to the OEM, Fiber Sensys, Inc., 2925 NW Aloclek Drive, Hillsboro, OR 97124. This proposed repair acquisition is for (160) each, Alarm PRCR Unit, (33) NSN's: 6350ND022793J and P/N's: FD332 and (127) NSN's: 6350ND024179J and P/N's: FD205. Required Delivery: 30 days after receipt of assets. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by August 2011. Fiber Sensys, Inc., (OEM) is the only known source that meets theGovernment's requirement as it has proprietary rights for the Manufacture/Repair of the required items. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within ten (10) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
