- Attch J-10 IBM Attch J-9 Sparc Attch J-8 Itanium Attch J-7 X-86 Attch J-6 IBM System Z Attch J-5 PWS Template Attach J-4 DD Form 254 Attch J-3 QASP Attach J-2 Requirements Document Attch J-1 Statement of Objectives Solicitation HC1028-11-R-0104 D ISA/DITCO has a requirement for Processor Capacity Services. This procurement is to have firm fixed price performance based capacity services contracts with Full and Open Competition. The Government anticipates that it will award a total of five different ID/IQ type contracts as a result of this full and open competitive procurement. The awards will be based on a "Best Value" evaluation process. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is HC1028-11-R-0104. The NAICS code is 541519. The Processor Capacity Services requirement is to obtain reliable, responsive, and cost effective processor infrastructure services of "on-demand" processing capabilities for specified chipset architecture in both DISA and other DISA-approved locations, which are both in the continental United States (CONUS) and outside of the continental United States (OCONUS). The service provider will acquire, install, deinstall, transport, configure, and provide the necessary hardware (including cabinets/racks/cabling/cable management/PDUs), hardware maintenance, operating system software, VMWare, as well as, any other software required for the offeror solution to operate, and services to support the processor infrastructure associated with the service. The maximum contract(s) ceiling is $443M over the base period of five years and three 1-year option periods; for a total service life of 8 years. Attached is Request for Proposal (RFP) HC1028-11-R-0104, and its 10 attachments: J-1,Statement of Objectives (SOO); J-2, Requirements Document; J-3, QASP; J-4, DD Form 254; J-5, PWS Template; J-6 thru J-10 Pricing tables. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. All proposals must be submitted no later than 2PM CST, 09 Aug 2011 through the DITCO Contracting Opportunities web site as directed in the RFP, Section L, Instructions to the Offerors, para. 2.1.4. WAWF invoicing procedures will apply to the resultant awards.
