- Solicitation AG-447U-S-11-0022 is for Road Maintenance Services on the Holly Springs Ranger District, National Forests in Mississippi. The solicitation is a Performance Based Indefinite Delivery Requirements service contract for blading aggregate surfaced roads, spot surface repair aggregate surfaced roads, cleaning and reshaping ditches and, mowing. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct the work in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. This solicitation and the resultant contract is a performance based, indefinite delivery requirements contract with one base year and two option years that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. No pre-proposal meeting will held for this project. Service Contract Act wage rates apply to this project. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns, in accordance with FAR 19.502. The NAICS code for this project is 115310. Over the three-year period of this contract, the Government anticipates ordering a minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $250,000.00 of work under this contract. The anticipated solicitation issuance date for this project is July 21, 2011. The anticipated due date for offers is August 22, 2011. These dates are subject to change. The dates will be confirmed in the solicitation package and/or any amendment issued to the solicitation. The solicitation can be downloaded at no cost at www.fbo.gov. NOTE: To be acceptable, an offer MUST contain both a technical proposal and a business proposal (pricing), as explained in the solicitation. All offerors who submit a proposal for this project must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, and must have completed Representations and Certifications (ORCA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-8. Offerors who fail to register in CCR and/or complete ORCA will not be considered for award. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Andrew J.
