- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, materials (except for Government Furnished materials), and transportation needed to install 38,550 LF of 3-wire fence with wire mesh and remove/dispose of 5,920 LF of wire mesh fence. Work is located in Washington County, Utah approximately 1.2 miles from St. George, Utah. No site visit is scheduled. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a size standard of $14.0M. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 90 calendar days, estimated to begin October 17, 2011. This procurement is a Small Business Set-aside. Competition is limited to eligible Small Business concerns. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net on or about July 21, 2011.
