- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Aviation System Standards, Flight Inspection Flight Programs Division intends to award a Single Source acquisition for the Maintenance and Repair of the Data Collector/Correlator (DCC) equipment to EMS (formerly) Formation Incorporated, 121 Whittendale Drive, Moorestown, New Jersey, 08057. The DCC hardware and software is proprietary to EMS. Purpose of Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal.
