- U.S. GOVERNMENT Project # 0AK2057 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Alaska City: Anchorage Delineated Area: Within two (2) miles or 10 minutes of the Ted Stevens' International Airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,583 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,487 Space Type: Office warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 14 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 2 5-year Additional Requirements: Heated garage for one (1) vehicle and equipment Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
