Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Oakland Delineated Area: N: West Grand Ave; E: Harrison St, Lakeside Dr, Oak St; S: 6th St; W: Castro St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,035 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,737 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed lease space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Contiguous Space, Ground floor space preferred, however space on upper floors shall be considered. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2 feet square. The space should not be more than twice as long as it is wide, and should have open areas where columns and other obstructions do not hinder the development of efficient space layouts and office workflow. Upper floors must have a minimum of two elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as freight elevator. Location sought in a prime commercial office land area with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings and with convenient access to public and private transportation.
