- The Project consists of the following: Site clearing, grading surface preparation, segmental retaining wall, and construction of a trailhead parking facility. The facility will include a vault toilet, two kiosks, integrally-colored concrete walks and pads, an accessible parking slab, compacted gravel driving and parking surfaces, trash receptacles, post and cable fencing, and construction of a rustic outdoor amphitheater area with log benches and an accessible access trail. Blue Creek Bay is located in Kootenai County, Idaho approximately 8.4 miles east of Coeur d=BFAlene. The site is accessible via Interstate 90 and improved county roads. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a standard size of $33.5M. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is July 21, 2011.
