- DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, material and transportation necessary to perform works of maintenance, repair or substitution of boilers and heating systems. FUNDING: The project is funded. LOCATION OF THE WORK: The site of the proposed work is USAG LIVORNO, Italy MAGNITUDE OF THE PROJECT: The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This will be a Request for Quotes (RFQ) resulting in a firm fixed price contract. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: ONE YEAR FROM AWARD SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on Thursday, July 14th, at 9:00 a.m. MEETING POINT FOR THE SITE VISIT: Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Conference Room, Bldg. #5131; Gate 27, Depot Area; USAG Livorno HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than close of business (COB) 7 July 2011 to the following e-mail address: judy.biboum@eur.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the solicitation number (W912PF-11-T-0095) and the name of the company, the address, the phone number and fax and your e-mail address. Please indicate also the name of the person will be present at the site visit: first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, type and number of identification document. Your information will allow the entrance of your representative. Only two representatives per company are allowed. We inform you that our computer does not provide proof of your mail receipt.
