- Specification for Nut and Raisin Mix Specification for Turkey and Beef Snacks Specification for Candy This is an unrestricted acquisition for various Unitized Group Ration - Express (UGR-E) items supporting the Military Services. The items include: Cherry Licorice, Nut Raisin Mix w/Chocolate Disks, Peanut Butter Pan Coated Disks, Beef Snacks, and Turkey Snacks. All products will be required to be delivered to Defense Distribution Depot Tracy, CA. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted full and open competitive acquisition with an evaluation preference for Hub-Zone small business concerns. This solicitation will result in a Long Term Indefinite Quantity Contract, for a total of 2 years. Offerors will have the opportunity to offer different prices at time of solicitation for each of the two years. Pricing will be tiered with defined years that pricing is effective. Estimated Minimum/Maximum annual quantities are 312,360/1,249,440. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method of evaluation will be utilized in this acquisition to determine the successful awardee. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
