- The Army Contracting Command Warren Detroit Arsenal (Foreign Military Sales Department) is herein synopsizing for the following brand name commercial vehicles: -Toyota Land Cruisers(Qty: 18), Model HZJ79L, RDD:60 Days After Contract Award -Toyota Hi-Lux with Gun Mount(Qty 8), Model KUN25L, RDD:60 Days After Contract Award -Toyota Land Cruiser with Gun Mount(Qty 20),Model HZJ79, RDD:90 Days After Contract Award -Toyota Ambulance(Qty 1), Model HZJ78, RDD: 60 Days After Contract Award Vehicles will be procured according to a performance specification, under request for proposal W56HZV-11-R-0397. This requirement incorporates spare parts, commercial off the shelf operator manuals and some operator training. 100% option quantities apply. FOB Transportation: Origin pursuant to FAR 52.247-29(a)(1)-(4). This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Only offers submitted by small businesses (as defined in FAR Part 19) will be considered for award. The planned contract type is one Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation may be released on or about July 27, 2011 and responses will be due approximately 30 calendar days thereafter. After release of solicitation, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Please withhold submission of data until after the solicitation has been publicly released.
