- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced Contract was awarded to Trademasters Services, Inc of Lorton, VA for the Decentralization of the 100 Area Steam Systems of the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center in Beltsville, MD. The original contract was awarded on a sole-source basis as authorized by statute in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation part 19.805-1(a)(2), Small Business 8(a) Program. The purpose of this modification is to incorporate additional concrete work and asbestos abatement due to unforeseen site conditions. This modification was awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.236-2, for an equitable adjustment of $20,691.00.
