- This announcement is to direct interested parties to a solicitation for Waste Removal Services for Voyageurs National Park, MN. This solicitation and any amendments can be found at the DOI National Business Center or FedBizOpps and accessed by accessing the websites: http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fbo.gov For questions at Interior's site, please call the help desk at (703)390-6633. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a multiyear procurement for janitorial services, NAICS Code: 562111, Size Standard: $10M. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. To be considered for award your company must obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNs). You may obtain this number at 1(866)705-5711. Your company must also be registered in CCR with the appropriate NAICS code for this solicitation, web site: http://www.ccr.gov. If you have any registration questions, please call 1-888-227-2423. All prospective contractors are required to submit or upload their organizations Representation and Certifications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to submitting your offer. Through an Informal evaluation process a firm-fixed price award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the proposal that provides the best value to the Government. Please complete the SF Form 1449 as instructed in Section L. All amendments must also be read, signed and returned via fax or email as instructed in Submission Instructions to Offerors in the SF Form 1449.
