- This announcement is to attach Statement of Work and Past Performance Questionnaire documents to the solicitation. The solicitation and any amendments can be found at the DOI National Business Center and accessed by accessing the website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. For questions at Interior's site, please call the help desk at (703)390-6633. Please complete the SF Form 1442 as instructed in Section L. All amendments must also be read, signed and returned via fax, mail or email as instructed in Submission Instructions to Offerors in the SF Form 1442.
