- Description
- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE order under the existing Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-10-G-0004 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), 925 South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, NY 11714 on an other than full and open competitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302. The effort is related to the design, development and integration of a preliminary design including engineering analysis and flight test support of a risk reduction flight program on E-2 Aircraft. The scope of this work will include In Flight Refueling (IFR) Probe Installation, Flight Clearance Support, Instrumentation, Test Planning and Execution, Flight Controls/Handling Qualities evaluation, Propulsion System Operational Impacts, Antennae Location, tanker Plume Heating and Loads, and Flight Crew Support.
