- Description: This is a Notice of Intent to award Sole Source fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures and Far Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, for the acquisition of a one time repair service of FASTLANE KG-75/75A crypto unit. This is not a request for competitive proposals. This acquisition is required to support the USSTRATCOM which has one (1) FASTLANE KG-75/75A device requiring repairs as needed. Solicitation number is F3HSH11159A002. General Dynamics C2 Systems, Inc. is the exclusive proprietor, manufacturer, supplier, and authorized repairer of the KG-75A crypto device and will be awarded as a Sole Source.
