- *** Closing Date Change to - August 11,2011, 4:00 p.m.*** The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking a contractor/contractors with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capability to provide the labor, management and assorted food products necessary to support delicatessen and bakery resale operations in U.S. military commissaries. Solicitation HDEC02-11-R-0009 will be issued for this requirement on an Unrestricted basis on or about June 14, 2011. The solicitation will be available for download on the Internet at FedBizOpps ( www.fbo.gov ) on its issue date. Responses to this solicitation will be due no later than 4:00 p.m., EDT, Ju1y 14, 2011. Performance is anticipated to commence October 1, 2011. The base period of performance will be 24 months beginning on or about October 1, 2011, plus two 12-month option periods, and the potential for 4 additional award year incentives. A Fixed Price contract is contemplated. For the purpose of this solicitation, there will be 6 commissaries (CLIN 0001) in the Washington, D C area of the U.S. that will be grouped geographically into one group (cluster). Offerors must offer on all stores within CLIN 0001. A complete listing of locations is listed below. Cluster 1 Andrews AFB, MD Bolling AFB, DC Dover AFB, DE Fort Belvoir, VA Patuxent River, MD Quantico MCCB, VA The NAICS code is 722310 for this requirement, and the size standard is $35.5 million.
