- DOL WAGE DETERMINATION APPENDIX C SAFETY APPENDIX A EQUIPMENT LIST PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) The Air Force intends to issue a sole source contract to Spectro Analytical Instruments, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) for the following sercvices: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform Preventive & Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) Services for the CIROS Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer (ICPS) at Tinker AFB,OK. in accordance with manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in Appendix A. A commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with is contemplated. The estimated Basic Period of Performance is: 25 July 2011 - 24 Julyl 2012 The estimated Option I Period of Performance is: 25 July 2012 - 24 July 2013 The estimated Option II Period of Performance is: 25 July 2013 - 24 Julyl 2014 Central Contracor Registration (CCR) is required to receive award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractor can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $7M.Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
