- he Automated Pulverizer--CP02 Tissue Cryoprep Instrument must have the following minimin essential characteristics: Minimum Essential Characteristics: A pulverizing tissue preparation system is needed to support ongoing research is requested which must have the following characteristics. 1. Cryogenic dry pulverization. 2. Freeze-fracture impact sample preparation process. 3. Adjustable impact force up to 20 Joules in 400 milliseconds. 4. Capable of producing particles of nanometer sizes. 5. Maintain subzero temperatures for sample preparation procedures. 6. Utilizing a non-contact closed single-use vessel pouch usable at liquid nitrogen or dry ice to flash freeze the sample. 7. 100-120 VAC 300VA power requirements. 8. 23x43x27 cm dimensions. 9. To include TT1Kit accessory kit with TT1 tube holder, 25 each of #520001 tissue tubes, #520006 TT plugs, and 520011 (16x100 mm) tubes and caps. 10. To include Cryoprep tissue tube holder for TT2. 11. To include TT1XT tissue-tube extra thick (<1 g), single use sample pouches. 12. To include tissue tube holder TT2. 13. To include 25 each TT1XT tissue tubes extra thick (sample < 1 g) single use sample pouches, x 4. 14. To include 25 TT2 tissue tubes (samples < 2 g) x 4. CP02 Tissue Cryoprep instrument including: TT1Kit accessory kit, Cryoprep tissue tube holder for TT2, TT1 tissue tubes < 1 g, TT2 tissue tubes < 2 g.
