- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis, with Breakingpoint Systems Inc. and/or their authorized dealers/distributors/resellers, for Breakingpoint hardware/software maintenance and support, as described below, in support of the USJFCOM, Suffolk, VA. Only the original equipment manufacturer or their authorized dealer/distributors/resellers can provide the required maintenance and updates. Breakingpoint maintenance and software support are to be provided during the period shown in the CLIN description. The Government intends to place an order that will provide for QUARTERLY PAYMENTS TO BE MADE IN ARREARS. Offerors ™ quotes shall be structured accordingly. Representatives of USJFCOM will perform inspection and acceptance at destination. A firm fixed price purchase order is the expected result from this acquisition effort. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quote (RFQ) N00189-11-Q-1694 is the only written solicitation which will be issued, unless amended. The NAICS code is 541519. Registration is free and can be completed online at https://www.ccr.gov. All parties responding to this solicitation may submit their quote in accordance with their standard commercial practices (e.g. on company letterhead, formal quote form, etc.) but must include the following information: Company ™s complete mailing and remittance addresses, the company ™s CAGE code, a Point of Contact (POC) name and phone number, price(s), Dun & Bradstreet Number, and Taxpayer ID number. Each respondent shall provide proof of status as an authorized dealer/distributor. All FAR certifications and representations specified herein must also accompany your quotation. The successful quoter is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
