- STATEMENT OF WORK This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92243-11-T-TC14 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The associated NAICS code is 611699 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. This requirement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. LINE ITEMS 0001: 1 Group: Non-Conventional Assisted Recovery (NAR) Course of Instruction as per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance: 17 Sep - 02 Oct 2011 Approximately 29 Government personnel. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation, is technically acceptable and provides the best value to the Government. Quotes should detail contractor's ability to meet the required training specifications as detailed in the SOW. Provide examples of orders where same/similar work has been performed within the past (3) three years. Only written questions regarding this announcement will be accepted. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted no later than 11:00 am, Friday July 08, 2011 to allow time for responses to be returned. Note that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system to be considered for the award.
